Anybody can order from Desktop2Desktop Office Furniture. We sell to businesses as well as the public; just remember to add VAT to our prices (which is done for you at the checkout).

What if I find a better price?
All our prices are checked regularly with our competitors. The prices displayed are the best we can offer at that time. However, should you have a bulk order then we would be happy to discuss a bulk order discount with you. Contact our Customer Services team for more details.
Will the colours look the same in real life as they do on my computer screen?
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay by Credit or Debit Card, online or over the phone:
Please note, payment will be taken as soon as your order is received - we have to do this in order to get your order moving. If there are any problems with your card, one of our sales team will call you.
You can pay by cheque
Please call our sales team on 0845 652 1748 for details. We will send you a Pro Forma invoice to attach your cheque to and send back by post. This allows us to ensure your order is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible. Or you can open a credit account (not available for private individuals).
Who can open a credit account?
Instant Credit Accounts available for: Government bodies, Local Authority, NHS, MOD, Schools, Colleges, Universities etc.
For businesses, you can select to open a credit account during the checkout process when ordering online. For this, we will need your company details including a company registration number (where applicable).
Credit accounts will be accepted subject to a third party credit check. You can also call our sales team on 0845 652 1748 and they will set up an account for you.
Once your order is placed, we will send you an email confirmation to confirm that your account is open and your order has been processed.
Does Desktop2Desktop have a store?
No we only sell online to give you the best prices possible.
How long will my order take?
All times are displayed on our checkout.
Delivery times are given as a guide and delivery may be before, or in some cases slightly after this date.
We always try to deliver your items as quickly as possible!
When will my delivery be made?
Deliveries can only be made during working hours, Monday to Friday and we cannot always provide an exact date at the time of ordering. We may call you 1 0r 2 days prior to delivery to confirm the exact time of delivery.
Where do you deliver?
All across the UK mainland.
Can you deliver to any floor in my building?
Deliveries are made to the ground floor entrance of your premises as per standard transport practices.
If delivery is to another floor, an optional installation fee will apply, please call our Customer Services team for more details.
